About this office
The Pine Forest office is where ZAK Medical Group started, and it is still where most of our Woodlands and Shenandoah patients come. It sits in Pine Forest Office Park on the east side of Interstate 45, between the Research Forest Drive and Woodlands Parkway exits. If you have been to St. Luke's Health – The Woodlands or the hospitals along I-45, you are close.
The suite is on the first floor, so there are no stairs or elevators to deal with, and parking is right outside the door.
Who we serve here
Adults from The Woodlands, Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North, Spring, and the south side of Conroe. Many of our patients have been with us for ten years or more, and a good number are on Medicare. If you have recently moved to the area or your previous doctor retired, we are taking new patients.

Getting here
From The Woodlands: take Woodlands Parkway or Research Forest Drive east to I-45, then the feeder road north to Pine Forest Drive. From Conroe: I-45 south to the Research Forest exit, then the feeder to Pine Forest Drive. The office park entrance is on Pine Forest Drive, and Suite 204 is on the ground floor.

The mailing address is Conroe, TX 77384, but the office sits in the Shenandoah and The Woodlands area, just off Interstate 45 near the Woodlands Parkway and Research Forest exits. Most of our patients here come from The Woodlands, Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North, and Spring.
